I had a complicated electrical issue, and David helped me resolve it. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Hands down, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had at any TA.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Possibly the most unorganized shop I’ve ever seen in my life.Lazy incompetent smooth brained technicians who constantly try to put square pegs in round holes. Came in with a flat and needed two steer tires put on. Tech brought out a trailer tire for me to look at I had to explain to him that it was a trailer tire then go find my own tires. Then the tech installed one of the steers backwards(they are rotational) then billed me out completely wrong charged me 3 check and advises and a mudflap that I didn’t even have. The manager of this place needs to do some serious cleaning up

If I could give zero stars, I would. I spent about 20 hours there, and in that time, they couldn't even change three tires; my truck sat untouched all night. My truck spent 11 hours in the repair bay.

Went for an oil leak, a trailer leveling valve, windshield wipers and a DOT inspection. Was quoted 2 hours to get into the shop and it ended up being 5 hours. Once in the shop I quickly realized that their mechanics are incompetent. I had 0 items out of 4 completed. A complete waste of time and money. I was told that I didn’t need a new trailer leveling valve, that they didn’t do oil leaks, they didn’t do DOT inspections and they didn’t have the windshield wipers I needed. I realized that the mechanics are fresh out of high school when one of them asked me to lower my TRAILER airbags. Like that’s not usually a thing. There is a way to do it on some trailers, but it’s done from the trailer itself. He was wanting me to do it from inside the cab… Will do my best to never return to this location again. Honestly they shouldn’t even be open if they can’t do basic things. Save yourself the money, time, stress, and trip and go somewhere else.

So I read the reviews on this place figured what the heck I'll get up first thing in the morning and get a PM Service done Early on my day off and have the rest of the day to do what I want. Walked in at 8am. They finally called me at 1130 am. Got in the shop. 3 hrs later after oil was drained they said they didn't have the filters. 2 hrs later they came to me with the wrong filters they had ordered. 2 hrs later they put em on. They didn't replace 2 of the filters. Told me they didn't have a simple grease gun to grease my truck. I asked one guy for a battery charger to charge my batteries since I was just sitting in my truck. He said he didn't know how to put on a battery charger! Like what! After 7 hrs I finally got out of there. Wasted my whole day off! Worst place in the country!!
